Shauli Lev is the initiator and founder of Position Purple. He has been training individuals and teams since 1983 and is the founder of ON – Personal Training. ON provided personal and organizational security training in Israel and Europe.   As part of his function in Position Purple he had conducted courses in four continents.  Since 2001 and up to today, he has been counselling and training leadership teams and individuals in the URJ in the US and Israel.

Together with Nadav Sharon, he is the co-author of the book “Survival – personal guide to better cope with danger” which is forwarded and signed by the late Yitzhak Rabin who was the Israeli Prime Minister.

In  2010, Shauli founded and is the director of “Eco-Encounter – Study Institute Ltd.” , which provides research and services in Outdoor Therapy and Education;  he’s also conducting a two years academic program in this field.

He’s married to Sigal; he loves hiking, mountain biking and open sea swimming.

 

 

Rafi Haham is the co-founder of Position Purple and current Leader of Position Purple Globally.  He is also the owner of Nomadic-Mind – training solutions.   He graduated with excellence from the Israeli Navy Officer Academy, served as an officer in the navy, a ship commander and an instructor in the academy. Over the years he trained many of the instructors in the Israeli Navy Academy.

He has an extensive experience as an international organizational consultant, working with business organizations and academies.  Rafi consulted for years on projects in the Technion (Israeli Institute of Technology), designed training programs for Intel Corporation and led seminars in over 12 different countries and dozens of business and non-profit organizations. He’s also been an instructor for the American Management Association for the past 6 years.

He now resides in New York with his wife and daughter.  He’s also an enthusiastic amateur astronomer and explorer of the ‘anatomy of the human mind’.
