The 5i Questionnaire
The 5i questionnaire is designed for you to get a first personal profile of your own 5i system. Follow the purple link below and answer all the questions. When you are done, it will result in an actual graph showing your profile that will appear at the bottom of the page. You can then save it as a document on your device. Remember that this is going to remain private between you and you, but that you will be able to use it as a starting point in looking for areas of improvements.
